1999 is not only that wonderful Prince song: it is also the year I became an estate agent in Marbella, the town I moved to as a child in 1981. I have watched Marbella grow from a village of just 60,000 inhabitants into the city it is today.

Over these years I have worked for three of the leading agencies in Marbella, becoming sales director at one of them, and I have sold hundreds of properties. Most of them in the 2 to 5 million range, with the highest at 15 and 22 million.
